Tap on the 'Scan' icon on WOTM to open up the camera

Locate the QR Code Label at the space

The QR Code Label is usually located near the meeting room door, or on the desk if you book seat at Digital Lab.

Why Do I Need To Check In?

To keep our meeting rooms available for everyone who needs them, you must check in within 15 minutes of your booking start time.

Why this is important

  • Fair usage: Checking in confirms you're actually using the room you booked

  • Availability for others: If you don't check in, the room can be freed up for colleagues who may need it.

What happens if you don't check in?

If not check-in is performed within 15 minutes of your booking, the system will automatically cancel your booking and release the room so others can book it.

Tip: Always check in as soon as you arrive to avoid losing your booking.

Why does the app show an error when I try to check in?

The system only allows you to check in within 15 minutes before your booking start time. If you try to check in earlier, you'll see an error message.

Tip: Wait until you're within the 15-minute window before your booking to check in successfully.
