In Queue
You're currently waiting in line. You can track view the live queue status here.
Your Turn
When it's your turn, your ticket will turn green. Please proceed to the service counter promptly.
Missed Turn
If you miss your turn, your ticket will turn red. You'll need to rejoin the queue.
