Located at HSO Block 3A, One Service Centre (OSC) is the Admin Services office that supports all LTA staff on administrative and office services.

You can:

• Walk in and join the queue for services

• Book an appointment in advance for faster service

• Collect items from Parcel Lockers when you receive a delivery notification
