Return to the ticket page from WOTM home screen to view your active ticket

In Queue

You're currently waiting in line. You can track view the live queue status here.

Your Turn

When it's your turn, your ticket will turn green. Please proceed to the service counter promptly.

Missed Turn

If you miss your turn, your ticket will turn amber. Make your way to PC Clinic immediately, your number will be called shortly again.

However, if you missed it again, it will turn red and you will need to rejoin the queue.
