What Are Parcel Lockers?

Parcel lockers at the One Service Centre are self-service lockers, accessible 24/7 and unmanned. They allow Admin Services to deliver parcels to staff conveniently, so you can collect them at any time.


How to Collect a Parcel?

This applies only to staff who have received a parcel delivery notification email from Admin Services.

On WOTM, tap on 'Find Admin Services'

Tap on the parcel collection card

Locate the locker number stated in your email

Scan the QR Code Label on the locker

Enter your LTA email address for verification

Unlock the locker with the 4-digit pin revealed to you

Once you've retrieved your parcel, tap on 'Confirm Collection'

Close and lock the locker before you leave

You can lock it with a random pin.


Encountered an Issue?

If you've encountered any issues regarding your parcel collection, you may submit a report to Admin Services directly on WOTM.

On the locker-pin page, tap on 'Report an Issue' and follow the instructions on the screen. Admin Services will be notified.
